Job Description
#Job Profiles:-
*Responsible for entire Accounts,Taxation and Budget Monitoring functions of Companies.Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of company revenue,working capital,expenditure and return on investments.
*To Co-ordinate and ensure the preparation of account details and certificates for Tax Audit.To ensure correct determination of advance tax liability and its timely deposit with the Government treasury.
*To deal with tax authorities and other regulatory authorities(like SEZ, STP)for tax assessment and routine matters.*To represent the company at meetings with external tax experts and obtain necessary advise / opinions.Analysing existing accounting procedures/systems and restructuring them in order to attain optimum efficiency levels.*To handle all Income Tax preparations, returns, assessments, appeals etc.and to represent the company at various levels of the tax department.*Ensuring compliance of provisions with respect to TDS, Service Tax Returns, Works Contract Tax and Income Tax Returns.Active participation in implementation of GST, Direct Tax Code and IFRS.*Heading corporate taxation department,Direct Tax,Fringe Benefit Tax, Excise,Service Tax,Vat,Import,Export,Secretarial Work,Accounts Finalization and Monthly MIS,Income tax assessment.
#Candidate Profiles:-*Qualified Chartered Accountant(CA) or MBA Finance with 8 to 15 years experience in Accounting,Project Finance,Taxation,Fund Management, Audit and Toll Plaza Management.
*A person of proven professional competency and managerial ability with post qualification experience in a Manufacturing/Automotive/Auto-Ancillary industries.
*Sound knowledge of tax laws,Good analytical skills,ability to understand multiple view points.Knowledge of indirect taxes would be an added advantage.*Excellent in Communication,Interpersonal And Management Skills.
