  • Procedure
    • Your Company shall give us the position profile in writing /email indicating details relating to job description, person specification, educational qualifications, experience, age group, Industry preference, projected compensation etc. Within a reasonable time interval we shall send the resumes of the candidates who match the position profile.
    • We will coordinate interviews for candidates short-listed by your Company, as per a schedule desired by your management. Status on the candidature should be communicated to us.
    • On the final selection a copy of the appointment letter should be furnished to us for the purpose of record and/or billing etc.
    • A candidate’s resume sent by us, and who has been selected for any position in your company and/or your associate/sister company will be construed as a candidate placed by us and we shall have a lien to raise our professional fees.
    • Our fees should be settled within 30 days of the candidate joining your company.
    • We do not assure how long the selected incumbent will work for your company since we firmly believe that once recruited the onus of retaining the employee rests on the company and its proactive HR practices. But our work record has been such that so far all the candidates placed by us with our clients have stayed / are staying a reasonably long period to make our clients very satisfied with our services. Further we are sure that your selection process is so exhaustive that we would have a very high probability of selecting the right candidate
